September 1st already?!? Where has the year gone? It seems like yesterday that I returned home from Nashville after recording the tracks to my new CD "Soul Survivor". That was back in February.
Since then, I've been back to Nashville 3 times, played quite a few shows across the country and now I'm headed back to Nashville again next month to record 3 new songs!
Things have been going great, and I am truly blessed. The music industry is a very hard business to break into, but I've had my foot in the door for a long time and now, it seems like that door is finally opening!

Blogging
Hi everybody,
If you've visited my blog site more than once, you'll learn very quickly that I'm not the best at keeping it current. I'm still not used to all this blogging, twittering and facebooking stuff. I'm trying my best, so thank you for your patience, and I promise to add new updates more often!

My new CD is finally available!!

I'm sure you know the feeling and the excitement of accomplishing a long term project, or reaching a goal that you have been so dedicated to, and worked extremely hard for. To have a dream like this come true is an incredible feeling for me. After many years of hard work and a LOT of money, the UPS truck dropped off a huge shipment of my CD's this morning. (Which are for sale on my website by the way... :) I have to tell you that I was smiling from ear to ear all day long.
The music business in general is like taking a walk down a long, dark and twisted road with many turns and dead ends. I've been walking down that road for several years on my own, but lately I have been blessed with several opportunities and doors have been opening up for me both in Nashville and in my hometown of Denver, CO. (Go Broncos!) And now with the release of my first CD, the road seems to be a little less twisted these days. I still have a long way to go, but I got my walking shoes on and I'm ready to see where the road takes me. I'll try and keep everybody posted on my travels... Stay tuned!
Take care and God Bless,
Brad Lee
